Manifesting
3-Part Series on Manifesting
I’ve written about this before, but it's worth another mention because it is being spoken about all the time.
Also, because it is a primary function of life itself – manifesting – it IS life – we cannot talk about it too much. Strange that some folks still see it as mysterious and magical. And that it requires complex rituals to experience it.
However, manifestation can now be explored through the lenses of quantum physics and neuroscience. Here is a brief overview of how these fields intersect with the concept of manifestation:
Quantum physics tells us that everything in the universe, including our thoughts and emotions, operates on a spectrum of frequencies. This means that our intentions and beliefs can influence the energy around us, thereby potentially shaping our reality! The idea is that by aligning our thoughts and emotions with our desired outcomes, we can affect the probability of those outcomes occurring.
Everything that is made of life energy cannot be destroyed or created – it is alive in potentiality or reality.
When we think about something, it is already in the process of moving from potentiality to reality.
The truth is that what we think about is what we become. Our thoughts become reality or matter.
Thoughts manifest.
Achieve Your Goals by Activating Neural Pathways
When we join intention with thoughts, our focus creates pictures in our imagination, and our bodies move in the direction of our thoughts; it is just a matter of time before we manifest what is in alignment with spirit.
Picture what you want, feel into this picture in your body, and think of it always. Then, you will manifest it.
Neuroscience provides insights into how our brain processes and embeds intentions. When we focus our attention on specific goals, we activate neural pathways that can help us achieve those goals. Practices such as visualization, positive thinking, mindfulness, and meditation can strengthen these pathways, making it easier for us to recognize and seize opportunities that align with our intention.
Visualization: Regularly imagining your desired outcome can help reinforce the neural connections associated with that outcome.
Positive Thinking: Replacing negative thoughts with positive ones can reduce stress and improve mental clarity, making it easier to focus on your goals.
Mindfulness and Meditation: These practices can help shift your nervous system from a stressed state to a more relaxed one, enhancing your ability to think clearly and creatively.
By combining principles from quantum physics and neuroscience, the practice of manifestation becomes more than just wishful thinking; it is an active shaping of your mental and emotional state to align with your desired reality.
The Energy of Love
The relationship between manifesting and the energy or vibration of love is often discussed in the context of how our emotional states can influence our ability to attract and create our desired outcomes. Here’s a breakdown of how these concepts are interconnected:
When we align our intention with Love - sometimes known as Spirit... interchangeably understood as God or Life Force ...the Energy that animates and enervates all things - we join with creation itself.
Manifesting is all about our ability to direct our attention. Attention and intention are about how we direct our life force (love) to create.
When we manifest (direct our focused attention which is love itself), and our intention is in alignment with unconditional LOVE, we are colluding with the highest level of creative Spirit in the universe.
How do we align ourselves with LOVE?
We must banish FEAR.
How do we do this?
That will be the focus of the next blog in my 3-Part Series on
