Born into the "Generation X" era, my formative years resemble the adventures depicted in the show, "Stranger Things." Except my version is this: I'm a woman who, despite appearing as your everyday individual, has led a life filled with diverse experiences. I've traversed the landscapes of Canada, from its bustling cities to serene rural areas, accumulating a treasure trove of stories along the way. I’ve had a highly fulfilling life achieving two professional degrees, raising three children to adulthood, and cultivating a 30-year marriage.
My lifelong dream has always been to write a book and take the stage in front of a captive audience, though the topic remains elusive. I started this website to share this particular journey with you all.
As a therapist, I've had the privilege of listening to thousands of stories from individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. Through this voyage, I've come to understand that every story, no matter how seemingly ordinary, is inherently fascinating and, above all, significant. Learning about people’s lives is a deep-seated passion. We find healing through sharing and hearing each other's stories.
I'm a wellspring of inquiries, ideas, contemplations, and personal experiences that converge with the lessons I've gleaned about the human experience.
